Yes- Rules are as followed:

• Dog owners are responsible for the behavior of their dog
• All dogs must be leased when livestock and wildlife is in area
• All dog waste must be cleaned up immediately by dog owners
• Dogs must be within control of owner
• Do not let your dogs run free
• No dogs allowed on course during tournament play

Yes- Each person either playing or observing will need to purchase a pass and fill out the waiver at the start of the course. 

No- cell phone service is 10 miles down the road in Gypsum. Plan accordingly
